Sometimes, the universe works in the sweetest ways. Kat first found me through my motherhood YouTube channel, and somewhere down the rabbit hole, she realized—wait, she’s also a photographer? One look at my work, and she was hooked.


Fast forward, and she and Javel made the trip from Albany, NY, to the stunning landscapes of New Hampshire for their engagement session (and spoiler alert—I later traveled to Albany for their elopement!).


Their session was everything. From the moment we started, their playful, goofy energy filled the air. They brought out the best in each other—one minute cracking jokes, the next melting into the softest, most romantic moments. And the sweetest touch? Their adorable little girl joined in, adding even more love to the mix as they await their baby boy’s arrival.


I love incorporating details that make a session feel like them, so I crafted a little "engagement announcement" newspaper, paired with a cozy setup—blanket, basket, a Polaroid camera, and the cutest wooden chair. Kat added the perfect finishing touches with fresh flowers and a charming little cake. Together, it all told their story beautifully.


As we shot through sunset, the mountains lit up in golden hues, shifting into rich, dreamy colors as the day faded. It was pure magic—the perfect balance of laughter, love, and those breathtaking quiet moments.
